GROUP CLASSES


Mindfulness Meditation A 30-minute, gently-guided class reinforcing the simple steps of meditation. By learning how to pay attention to your breath and thoughts on the meditation cushion, you’ll be better able to stay present and connected in everyday life no matter what comes your way. Offers tools and guidance to start or deepen a meditation practice along with the support and energy that comes from meditating regularly in a group setting. 

SoulRyeders Meditation and Conversation for people with cancer, survivors and caretakers living in the New York, tri-state area. Guided, half hour, online meditation followed by a 15 minute discussion on meditation practice. Following the meditation will be a conversation facilitated by SoulRyeder’s social worker, Stacy Weissberg. Includes the opportunity to talk about coping with cancer and connect with others going through a similar experience.
