Meditation 101:

 

Learn the basics of Mindfulness Meditation or reinvigorate/restart a practice with a single, hour-long class consisting of discussion, instruction, Q & A and a 15 to 20 minute sitting meditation.  

 

A Month of Meditation:

A series of once-a-week, hour-long classes over a four-week span to learn the groundwork of Mindfulness Meditation, its benefits and establish a dedicated, regular practice.  Each session includes discussion, instruction, Q & A and a 15 to 20 minute sitting meditation.
